Success for the first concert of the Pueblo Classic Festival

On April 30th, the first of three concerts of the Pueblo Classic Festival 2026, organized by Spazio Pueblo, took place in the Salone di Rappresentanza of the Palazzo di Città in Cava de’ Tirreni.

In a packed house, there couldn’t have been a better debut! The concert opened with fifteen-year-old Maltese Andy Falzon, representing the Malta Piano Academy, performing Scarlatti’s Sonata K. 213 and the first movement of Mozart’s Sonata in A major, K. 331. The young pianist, who has already performed on international stages, thrilled the audience with his sensitivity.
The concert continued with sopranos Valeria Feola, Nicoletta Gaglione, and Alessia Presta, mezzo-soprano Miriam Tufano, and tenors Danilo Della Rocca and Lorenzo Di Lucia, who, expertly accompanied by répétiteur Carmine Rosolia, treated the audience to some of the most famous operatic arias in the repertoire.

The audience undoubtedly appreciated the performance of these young artists, all students or former students of the nearby conservatories of Salerno and Avellino, giving them resounding applause and standing ovations.

Next appointment with Valentina Iannone (soprano) and Marina Pellegrino (pianist) on May 14th at 6:00 PM.
