Born in Melito di Porto Salvo (Italy) in 1994, he began studying piano at the age of 5. In 2013, he graduated with top marks and honors from the “F. Cilea” Conservatory of Music in Reggio Calabria under the guidance of Maestro Cinzia Dato. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Musicology and Cultural Heritage from the University of Pavia.
He studied at the International Piano Academy “Incontri col Maestro” in Imola with Maestros Leonid Margarius, Boris Petrushansky, and Roberto Giordano, and pursued advanced studies with Maestros Leslie Howard, Aldo Ciccolini, Marcello Abbado, Daniel Rivera, and Joaquin Soriano. He is currently a student of Maestro Giuseppe Devastato.
He currently teaches at the “U. Giordano” Conservatory in Foggia – Rodi Garganico and performs regularly as a concert pianist. He has appeared both as a soloist and with orchestra in Italy, Greece, Portugal, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Malta, Romania, Lithuania, Russia, and more, at major festivals and concert halls including the Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in Moscow (Russia), the Musikverein in Vienna (Austria), the Gasteig Theater in Munich (Germany), the “Auditorio Ciudad de León” in León (Spain), the “F. Cilea” Theater in Reggio Calabria, the “G. Garibaldi” Theater in Enna, and the “Le Ciminiere” Theater in Catania (Italy), the “Fentener van Vlissingenzaal” of the Utrecht Conservatory (Netherlands), the “Sala de concerte Mihai Perian” in Timișoara (Romania), the “Moschato Tavros” Conservatory in Athens (Greece), the “Girijotas Concert Hall” in Vilnius (Lithuania), and the “R. Llull” University in Barcelona (Spain), among others.
He has won more than 30 national and international music competitions, including the “St. Petersburg International Piano Competition” in Saint Petersburg (Russia), the “Grand Prize Virtuoso” in Vienna (Austria), the “G. Campochiaro” Prize in Catania (Italy), the “San Francesco di Paola Prize” in Paola (Italy), the “Benedetto Albanese” Prize in Palermo (Italy), the “Rocky Mountain International Music Competition” in Toronto (Canada), and the “Royal Sound Music Competition” in Montreal (Canada), among many others.
